Never before at as high of a peak relative outperformance vs. REITs as it is today. Great platform, just expensive.

The outlook on this one, like anything that has to do with real estate, has got to be looong. Who knows when the real estate market will recover? Not me, but the beating has been sever across the board. Cohen and Steers has got to be considered one of the strongest players in the REIT business, so this is where I will want to be when real estate comes back.
