PennyToBuck.com Watch List!

BRZG is a Nevada registered corporation engaged in gold and precious metals exploration and related activities in Brazil. Through its privately held operating partner Amazonia Capital E Participacoes Ltda. ("Amazonia" or "Amazonia Gold"), BRZG has secured a very large tract of over 2 million acres of mineral tenures in nine target areas, each of which is prospective for gold deposits.

BRZG's primary mining target is gold, but copper, nickel, iron, manganese and tin are also found. The legal claims are located in three states in the upper Amazon River basin of western Brazil; Amazonia, Mato Grosso and Rondonia. 24 gold mines have produced, or are currently producing, within the claims.

The great majority of the existing mines are so-called "garimpos", or low-tech mining operations. The "garimpeiros" work without sophisticated machinery, are not well regulated by the Brazilian government, and are not especially concerned with the environmental impact of their operations. The Brazilian government is therefore keen to replace these primitive operations with more modern ones that can be monitored.

Check this out:

The claims were identified and secured by John Young, the principal of BRZG's held operating partner Amazonia Gold and a successful prospector with a long history of successful projects in the mining sector. During his illustrious career, he has successfully identified and advanced profitable mining projects in Mexico, the Czech Republic, Nevada and Brazil. In each of the cases below, John Young was instrumental in identifying and seizing the opportunity that contributed immensely to the success of the project, including:

- Gammon Gold's Ocampo Chia Project in Mexico (Approximately 8 million ounces of gold and silver produced to date, currently in production and now Mexico's second-largest gold producer).

- Kinross Gold's Kaspersky Hory project in the Czech Republic (The second largest gold deposit in Europe with approximately 3.3 million ounces of gold in place).

- International Gold Resources' Brazil project (To date approximately 500,000 ounces of gold resource and 30 million tons of manganese, being led by former Newmont executives)

- Tonkin Springs' Nevada project (Approximately 1.4 million ounces of gold in place, currently being brought into production by US Gold Corp.)

Real prospecting is not only a "lucky" issue, as you've just read BRGZ has a well established and extremely experienced veteran in place to help identify profitable gold and silver resources.

A HUGE Golden opportunity could be waiting for BRZG in Brazil which has become the fourth largest gold producer in the world.

** Furthermore, BRZG has entered into a bridge financing arrangement with a US-based private company for up to $2,000,000 in funding.

Under the terms of the agreement, BRZG has the right to call upon funds for up to $2,000,000 by issuing convertible notes to the lender.

You should consider that the notes are convertible into shares of BRZG's common stock at prices ranging between $1.00 and $1.50 per common share.

BRZG's last trade: $0.90

Just take a look at BRZG's 1 month chart:

BRZG's chart speaks by itself.

Keep a close eye on BRZG from now on!!!! BRZG's trading levels could change in no time and you don't want to be out of the action!!
