Cabot is a well run, fairly lean integrated Independent. I don't know how their financials shakeout but going forward they look good to me.

This is a energy stock in the oil and gas operations industry and even with it's increase of revenues 15% and it's net income decreased 5% which reflests an increase in natural gas production due to increased prices and higher volume.

NG inventories are about 34% higher than a year ago. The futures on NG are well below where they were a year ago, couple that with increased inventories I don't expect to see a big price increase. Also these companies are beginning to get squeezed by local municipalities that smell money. I live in the Marcellus area and several towns are looking at taxing NG production as a way to make up the shortfall in revenues.
