It is a Solid Company that I believe that is very undervalued and it has a lot of room to grow.

Cogent's valuation is pretty silly. Puff pieces by analysts can't keep it pumped up forever. But if you want to pay 30x earnings for a company that has never shown any revenue or earnings consistency, then I can't stop you.
