Tyco Spin-off... Spin-offs tend to outperform the S&P for about 10%. The company might be great and all of that, but playing with probabilities it's enough to score.
Check the compensation packages from the managment in SEC forms, it might be you discover the managers are deeply interested in the company and then you just found a jackpot. If so, come back, thank me and rec this :)

Looking at this company like a caged bird freed. Away from Tyco it has potential to really soar. Morningstar likes it, and so do I.
