Some definate executive issues within the corporation...but those issues surround employer vs employee concerns. They do business throughout the US and must remember just because based in CA they still must conform to those laws of other states their offices do business in to avoid those lawsuits I know they keep finding themselves in. Getting past that they are a pretty solid company and worth a long term investment. They tend to split in the low to mid $40 range. I don't see that happening again for awhile though. So if you have some money that you can part with for about 10-15 years this is a good buy. Solid overall company that will be around awhile.
