Another stock that I just purchased in my personal account and this one could be a triple bagger in a short time. They have goverment contracts and this is a communist company so big brother is watching. They also get the private sector contracts that will continue to drive revenue and profits.

I've been waiting for this stock to drop back to May's prices and finally. This company fills an important niche in China's growth. I like the fundamentals and their cash flow growth since Jan 1 (though I dislike the high P/CF ratio). While this is mostly a technical play the fundamentals support my entry at this price.

With restructured debt, upcoming large E-City projects and GAAP-only reporting, CSR has probably turned into solid company while still maintaining its growth and strong fundamentals.

I encourage everyone to look at slides from their last earnings call. It is both brief and informative:

Market just can't ignore this company forever. The price doesn't reflect the prospects, so I'm adding to my real life position at these levels (around $5).

CSR is on sale today - over 20% my initial buy price of $6.77. The numbers look good to me:

- a forward P/E around 2.5
- manageable Total Debt/Equity of 0.64
- book value of $7.05/share

I bought this stock because of the P/E ratio and the good fundementals BUT Im getting more and more disappointed about something...

The earnings are not as high as expected, analysts are downgrading their expectations and they issued warrants and new stocks for so many times this year that they have to spread the profits over 68million stocks now.. (instead of 50million in april 2009)
Does anyone know if the company will ever stop raising their working capital by pumping new stocks into the marked?

You see, Im getting a little frustrated by this and Im wondering if anybody else can explain why this was soo neccesary

After a good 5 years or creative accounting due to the
Capital debt CSR can finally compete with even guns
in a growing business segment. China is security crasy in the extreme, it can only bode well for us.

Many reasons to take a closer look here. Security & Surveillance Technology in the business of manufacturing, distributing, installing, and servicing surveillance and safety products and systems, along with development of new surveillance, and safety related software in china. Customers include governmental entities, such as customs agencies, courts, public security bureaus, prisons, schools, museums, sports arenas, airports, hotels, real estate, banks, mines, railways, supermarkets, and entertainment venues throughout the peoples republic of china.Well established ,government connected company should show awesome growth for years to come in a country that will need every surveillance tool it can get it's hands on to keep an eye on billions as development and CRIME continue a massive rise. A few kinks to work out, but this company is well positioned to grow and should get a long hard look from investors while its still in the penny range.

I am a huge fan of CSR. they continue to increase earnings and are buying up market share. Their stock price has been stagnant for a while, but its because they have increased outstanding shares by 30%. Hopefully, for my sake, they wont continue to do this.
