I am willing to bet on almost any business that has to do with the biggest group of people in America. As the baby boomers get older and more and more people are unwilling to take care of their parents and grandparents themselves what other alternative is there, none. Senior living facilities is a business that will thrive over the next 10 to 15 years.

With "boomers" aging this stock is a 'no-brainer' for the future. Large investors know this-- and when they jump on board, this stock takes off. However, it will take awhile for this to happen. Until then, this stock is asleep.
