A shareholder unfriendly company from a company unfriendly country. Recipe for disaster. A friend who go tin trouble with the law in Russia once, told me that the way they start court proceedings is with the lawyers on both sides and the judge toasting with a shot of vodka. They didn't even invite him to participate! Yeah, Russia's where I want to put my money. Nyet!
