Fitch cut its rating today, Moody's is reviewing it for a ratings downgrade, but it's up 18% because they raised their dividend and have begun buying its shares back today as well.

Its hard to find a company that pays out such a dividend. This stock will pay you back over time with the dividend alone. They are also a strong financial company that has built itself up with great management. You can't go wrong here.
