Fitch cut its rating today, Moody's is reviewing it for a ratings downgrade, but it's up 18% because they raised their dividend and have begun buying its shares back today as well.

I'm going out on a limb and guessing it's going back down, at least short term.

CenturyTel, Inc. or CTL an integrated telecommunications company that is engaged in providing an array of communication services, including local and long distance voice, internet access and broadband services. the stock went up $5.25 yesterday. The stocks has really taken off since the 1Q were made public. Buy- Buy!
