Coventry has grown through acquisition and performance. However, recently, its operational efficiency has not been keeping up with it revenue growth. It's margins have fallen steadily over the past year and taken a big plunge the last couple of quarters. The CEO says they are going to take steps in 2009 to correct this. This is a company to watch for a nice rebound next year depending on the effectiveness of their new operational plans.

Solid company, terrible time in the markets. Who knows what is ahead for health care? But good companies adapt, and this is a buying opportunity if you have a long term perspective, and can tolerate the uncertainty.
