Acquiring CareMark puts CVS in a great leveraged position to increase its market share of the "Pill Business".

We shop at CVS just about every week and have

never had problems getting information on

medications or any store items what ever they

may be. The staff is great when you need help

with a very good attitude.Should an item be

out of stock they give you a raincheck that

has no time limt to make a purchase. Teaming

up with CAREMARK is a winner.

Note: I owned both stocks before the merger,

That's what i call a winner.

this stock is cheap right now. Plus their merger with Caremark will drive the price of the stock much higher this year.

People will not stop buying medicine and bandages because of the recession. They may buy lower priced bandages but people will still flock to CVS where they have one of the best selections of medical care. Their debt is manageable, the company is run by a very intelligible man, and will prosper once the recession has ended as well.

CVS's valuation exceeds Walgreen's at the current time. They are a defensive yet growth stock based on their recent acquistions.

Let's face it, we are getting older. We need a drugstore now more than ever. And the service at CVS is usually better than that other drugstore.

Mr.Market over-reacted to WMT $4 generic drugs. CVS is well managed. I expect growth to continue.

Way undervalued. Wal-mart and Target $4 generic plan is way overblown.

Recently acquired free standing Oscodrug stores; same store sales are close to matching Walgreen with a lower PE.

Hard to call this one in the short run, but I think they will do fine as the baby boomers start to frequent the pharmacies more. Walgreens is going to be a tough competitor over the long haul, but I think CVS is in there to stay..

Best of breed for its group. Even increased its dividend while many companies slashed theirs.

CVS has been offering stock buy-out options to all of its employees. I think they may know something we don't.

This Caremark merger may be bigger than initially expected. I'm riding this one for at least a year.
