Chevron Corp (NYSE:CVX)

Downside is small and there is no doubt that oil will be higher in the next several years as the world economy rebounds. In the meantime, Chevron pays a dividend that represents a 4% yield.

Nice Dividend.

Just a staple pick for a portfolio, foolish or Foolish?

Gas won't be down for long. I like CVX. Many reason, just think that there is more growth here.

traditionally a strong company and i think they're undervalued right now, the p/e is lower than it traditionally is. The dividend is looking nice too. For me that's a good sign.

Earnings, income, div

Oil will be going higher. CVX has good reserves to benefit.

4% yield, oil is up, p/e of 6, the world needs energy

Oil upside capped. More pressure on margins. Watch out for lawsuits and legislation.

Fundamentally Strong company with excellent resource base and future project slate

Just for the next 2-4 years....

Oil! Dividend! Good management!

Bought at 70.31. Expect to see at 100 by end of summer.

If the cost of oil remains low so will Chevron's stock price. Maybe towards the end of 09' there will be some gains here.

Caps Value Screen

Modest rise in commoditiy pricing over next few months, increased consumer use over same period. Awaiting earning report next week with fingers crossed. Good cash flow and managable debt.

Lack of driving and use of petroleum.

High oil prices are coming back for good. Chevron can profit and still look environmentally friendly with their public image campaign to be "green"...an environmentally friendly oil company? you gotta be kidding me!
