BORING. Slow steady growth in a simple company. Not a company people think about at all when they have their money in it. Even in the market crash no body worries about this one. Buy it, hold it, compound the dividends, go to sleep, forget about it.

CA needs more water for people and agriculture. Regulated industry protects the downside, but also inhibits some upside potential. Hey, what about that ocean of water to the west? Maybe desalinization plants? They seem to work in the middle east and on naval vessels. I'm just saying...
