At 17.5x my 2009 EPS estimate this is not a cheap stock per se, but the haircut today makes it almost cheap. On the other hand, you don't get a much better example of a company that will grow 15-20% regardless of the economic cycle, and as folks… More

Sure, there is a need for prisons, but looking at the fundamentals tells me something is wrong with this picture. Cap ex is twice revenue, lots of debt, net income down 3 years straight. It just doesn't add up for me and I think the market will see… More
