Vanity is the vice of all, and this company is more than happy to fit the needs of the masses seeking relief from bad body ink decisions at Spring Break '88 (Still love you Roxy!), the effects of poor diet (cellulite be gone!) and whatever other aesthetic changes we need to feel beautiful.


Now, for the company itself - strong financial picture, lots of cash on hand, zero debt and He-Man strong sales growth. Oh, and it's still only few points off its 52-week low. Buy, buy, buy, buy.

Good company, reasonably valued - appeared in the same article, so I thought I'd add it in the game. Had been watching for a while - not sure I want to put real $$ in yet. Will wait for earnings first.

At 20.83 the stock is near its 52 week low of 17.58. I am using the 5-year growth estimate and the 1.81 2009 earnings estimate to set a target at 52.49.

I don't know about the long-term competitive positioning, but for now, Cynosure is generating pretty strong cash flows and growing fast. Looks reasonably priced, even given the threat of new entrants.

I simply used the screener to find all of the 5 star stocks with the greatest 52-week losses. 5 stars should make them good picks and the high 52-week loss should make them cheap. We’ll see how it works!
