Ethanol via sugar is key.
Brasil is exploding.
This is a two-fer.
Recs
Just a small % of the farmland in brazil is used for etahnol production. They got enough and can produce enough to fuel our vehicles too.
Recs
Hard to deny an oncoming ethanol blitz. However, corn isn't it. Sugar is. Also a Brazil play.
Recs
This stock's price will be inversely proportional to the price of oil, they are seen as a fix to a problem, and everyone wants to be in on the ground level when it happens. Which it may not, oil could fall back down to reasonable levels (It's hard to say that with a straight face)

Someday maybe global markets will reach the US.... for sugar and ethanol....
Recs
There is alot of negative sentiment directed towards ethanol. But friends, the alternative energy plays like wind, nuclear, and solar are really expensive. With ethanol, you already have the infrastructure and the know how (the farm and the farmer). And by the way making ethanol is easy. Turning crops into alcohol is older than Socrates.
If you had to pick one ethanol company ,why not pick the largest exporter with a superior crop (sugar is much more efficient than corn). Need more? This baby was brought public by Goldman Sachs.
Recs
Hot industry. Great global play. New ipo is going much higher!

When US drops TAX on eathanol from Brazil this stock should do very well,in the mean time India and China will pump their money into that sugar daddy.

Infant industry controlled by a few big players.........

Recs
ethanol from Brazil - ADM wanted to buy them
Recs
eventual rising demand for cheaper sugar based ethanol as opposed to the much more expensive based corn ethanol. also cosan is exporting more ethanol to growing markets world wide and has a bright future.
Recs
Jeb Bush is on a commitee to lobby for more Sugarcane ethanol(currently 7%) into the U.S. Also Bush's sister recently purchased property in Brazil.
Coincidence, maybe.
ADM's Senior VP, Steve Mills would love to aquire Cosan Ltd. For ADM it's buy soon before this stock more than doubles.
Also quarterly reports due Sept.13th, this IPo was timed shortly before so as to give investors "Wall Street" legitimate name recognition behind the numbers. This companies numbers cannot be ignored, they are huge.
This will be a "sweet" stock to own.
Recs
Worlds largest grower and processor of sugar cane, also largest producer of ethanol in Brazil & second largest in the World ! Brazil has lots of "Flex" automobiles and has reduced its dependence on foriegn oil / petro.
