I love this one. To be honest, I only picked it because Einhorn did but mis-timed it and was losing. Let's face it, the guy is good at what he does so I thought it would be smart to benefit from his research and add on hindsight. Looks like it paid off with this one.

Their old creditors were filed in bankruptcy that led to a change in the company from Dana to Dana Holdings under Federal Bankruptcy law! Also, they aren't so dependent on the big three as they have landed additional contracts with Nissan and one with Toyota, so they are diversifying.

Lastly, and this is HUGE, they have changed management and have implemented a new CEO whom use to be VP of Toyota before Toyota grew to # 1. You might want to re-think this assessment! I am all for it!
