Their old creditors were filed in bankruptcy that led to a change in the company from Dana to Dana Holdings under Federal Bankruptcy law! Also, they aren't so dependent on the big three as they have landed additional contracts with Nissan and one with Toyota, so they are diversifying.

Lastly, and this is HUGE, they have changed management and have implemented a new CEO whom use to be VP of Toyota before Toyota grew to # 1. You might want to re-think this assessment! I am all for it!
