This product provides what most businesses are currently and for the foreseeable future will need to safely protect corporate information. This is HOT and DBTK is one of the best in the business!

We recently started looking at Double-Take's software, and everything we've seen this far suggests that it represents a great value for organizations looking to deploy an excellent, cost-effective replication infrastructure. The stock isn't as cheap as it was at the end of March, but very few are. IT spending cannot be delayed forever, and new spending is likely to be focused on solutions that deliver a high ROI - virtualization being a prime example. As virtualization expands, Double-Take presents itself as an inexpensive, no-brainer option to greatly increase a company's disaster recovery and general IT operational stability. DBTK has lagged the market somewhat on the way back up - with zero debt and strong products that should allow DBTK to gain market share, I'm thinking now is the time to get on-board.

I was studying this one and can't figure out how come this one is so cheap. I just can't find the catch here. It looks like an ultra cheap stock to me. Go long!

CLOSE 4/17/9 THUMBS DOWN AND REPICK THUMBS UP BECAUSE 5/21/9 IBD RELATIVE EARNINGS LESS RELATIVE STRENGTH > 0

In the first quarter, in a brutal environment for business software, DBTK still had cash from operations at about 4% of market cap and 44% of cap in cash already. There's a large downside cushion and a lot of upside here.

Nobody doesn't like Double-Take Software.
DBTK has the most All-Star "perform" ratings out of all the stocks with zero All-Star "underperform" ratings.

Good stock and a good product. will recover very well when the economy comes back on track.

This company sucks. They don't have released any single good product since nearly 6 years. And lately when they released a so call new product, few months later they took it out of their portfolio.....
They are operating in a very challenging business and they are far from being the leader. I even heard lately that they might go out of the market.
Watch out of this stock Even Microsoft is not purchasing it.....

P/E ratio is good, and no debt.

A leader in data-safe/disaster recovery IT systems with a good service revenue business model. Appears to be working well, if not spectacularly - could also be a buyout candidate. Not sure why the stock is beaten down so much.

I've used this product, something I know and understand its value to businesses.. Good buy
