I work there. We are a great solid dividend producing, reliably steady company but heavily involved in serving the new housing market. Forget housing starts, we track new housing building permit applications. For sizable subdivisions, this precedes… More

I like that Dupont chose to leave petroleum intensive products in 2006 or 2007. That should shield them from the volatility of oil. Plus, the 6+% yield is helpful.
