Debt-equity ratio 0.67 vs industry 21.83. S&P500 1.49.
Leverage ratio is 3.6 vs industry 36.7. S&P500 4.5.
Commodities, NG, & oil in down cycle a great time to buy or add to position. Even if prices force a dividend cut of 50% your rate of return will still be 6.5 - 7%. Heck of a lot better than savings & T-bill rates.
