Just completed acquisition of Deerfield Trimark Capital doubles revenue base and diversifies the company away from the RMBS model. The company has been unfairly lumped in with mortgage co's like Countrywide and taken a big hit in stock price when it actually has very limited exposure to sub-prime. The 23.4% dividend is outstanding and with earnings estimates just revised upwards it looks like they'll be able to maintain the div. At just under $7/share, this is a great value play where you'll get paid an incredible dividend while waiting for the stock to return to more appropriate levels.

High Yielding stock for such a low price. This stock has taken a beating with the sub-prime scare but has very little exposure to the sub-prime market.

Top tier firm's REIT. Should be able to outperform on capital appreciation alone, not to mention a huge dividend based on discounted share price.

90% of loan portfolio is AAA, Bernanke/FED/Bush backing the subprime situation, book value of $13. Parent acquisition, should it go through, will double revenue and further diversify their asset base.

Rising stock price, a low gain of 18.01 to about $24.35, and a fantastic dividend. What doesn't this stock have going for it? It also seems to be outperforming it's competition.
