Dupont Fabros Technology has been quietly developing their data centers in multiple locations. I was lucky enough to get in early when they bottomed in November of 08. They're space is completely rented out and they have positioned themselves to capitalize on the stimulus money the government will offer. When they begin migration of the medical records data, who better to store, transfer, and provide rackspace then DFT? I am long and have not been disappointed in my choice.
Secure server space is expensive. Why build it yourself when you can rent it from a provider.
The USA needs Dupont.
Tech companies will always need nice places to park their servers - DFT provides that. CEO is in, too. Don't ask me about financials, I'm a noob! ;)
