Digital Ally Inc. (NASDAQ:DGLY)

Digital Ally was once a hot shot up and comer, and apparently was the talk of Wall Street. Somewhere along the line, the stock crumbled, Wall Street gave up, and the stock now meanders along at $1.50.

The economic recession has done its damage to this company. As the recovery continues, state and government agencies should be the last to come online with Wall Street and Main Street. As that happens, expect to see sales and revenues grow for DGLY. By that time, this stock will be primed to outperform the S&P 500, especially since the market is already in its 3rd bull year.

No debt and massive growth from last year's disaster. Should improve over the long haul and make some big gains.

my first pick here and ...here we go.

Terrific growth prospects. Tremendous opportunities for their products.

Good and specified product set a good result

Growing market, as digital replaces VHS.
Competitively superior product - priced below competition, easier to install, takes up less space - preferred by police deprtments for all these reasons.
Sales will continue to ramp, due to:
a) nature of sales process, as depts start off with small purchases and follow up with typically a second purchase before deciding to convert entire fleet over the next two years as cruisers are replaced;
b) lagging effect of having build up sales force through 2007;
c) "seeding" the market of large, metro and state police departments, which can take 2-3 yrs to push a decision through; and
d) line extensions coming in 2009 - a flashlight/camera/recorder, and units for motorcycles and other vehicles, including trucks, school buses, ambulances, etc.

I like small brick and mortar companies that show profit and are growing rapidly... this one fits the bill.

they make surveillance equipment for police and private use. Kind've a scary industry, but definately a growth industry.

Company Announced Authorization of Stock Repurchase Plan. Couple this with 9 consecutive quarters of record earnings and you have a recipe for a stock whose price is going up!

Will have a worldwide presence in aboout 2 years. Very good management and more than enough business out there.

This company is becoming more and more important to law enforcement agencies all around North America. Orders keep rolling in, revenues continue to rise, and I will continue to love it.

Technology will always play an important role in our society. Paying a particular attention to crime-solving ventures is not a bad thing. Looking at the best side of it, we can eradicate foolish criminals who like to monopolize the system.

Since we're hurling towards a police state in this country we may as well profit from it while we can. This type of technoogy is going to proliferate to protect both the cops butts and the victims as well. NY state is going to pass a law to put tiny cameras in guns. This seems to be related.

The fundamentals are solid, although it has a very high PE right now.

82% ROE, explosive growth, excellent margins. Lots to love!

May buy if it reaches its $10 support. 1000% income growth with a 30 pe. Still undiscovered by analysts. Once they find it and start upgrading it it will soar. I also like the industry. I am speculating that there will always be bad people in the world, so there will always be a need for surveillance and police cameras.
