Have you ever wondered about the difference between Discovery A, B, and C shares? Series B, the rarest, is convertible to series A, and has 10 votes per share. Series C has no votes per share. Series A has one vote per share.

How much should an investor be willing to pay for 9 extra votes? Is there a price premium for series B?
