Dish is the least ethical of all content providers, and that's saying something. They are not to be trusted, and I believe that their shareholders will eventually realize this.

i give them 3 stars
they are ok but quit expensive.
they say they have all these chanels but really there the same chanels again a hundred pages down. it is good to have mtv and then mtv2 so you have a variaty of your favorite shows.

Court ruling for Tivo will prove to be more costly going forward. a huge problem for a company that is already offering a mediocre product and as telecom giants (ATT Verizon) spread their fiber, the dish stuff just won't look as glamorous.

My target for DISH Network Corp is 32.35. I used my new method for determining a fair P/E (based on G and K). The growth factor was extracted from the PEG found on the web. K was 10%. I hope it works!

You don't lose JD Power 7 years in a row because you're trying for a more dramatic come-from-behind victory. If DISH doesn't perform a serious overhaul on their customer service practices and policies, they'll never overtake DirecTV for JD Power. When DVR is the only thing you have going for you (and you're even getting sued for that), you need to re-examine your business model.

DISH = undervalued! Great cash position low debt to equity, low price to cash. DISH has a sizable subscription base. Drive through any city neighborhood and look at the countless number of satellite dishes attached to multi-family properties, single family homes, and apartments. DISH offers a diverse america what cable will not. The option to recieve worldwide broadcasts.

As a holder of TIVO, DISH news is crossing my eyeballs. Poor customer service, high turnover, a CEO who talks like it's no big deal because they are cheaper than DirecTV, not to mention trying to hose TIVO. One minus one minus one minus one is less than zero. Maybe they should hook up with Sprint and go down together. I bet they believe business is about making money, not about happy customers. Well, you reap what you sow and you get what you pay for.
