Market Cap is just a little over the cash on hand, plus the company has positve earnings, how could this stock not go up?

Management seems to consider any drop in the stok price as an oppurtunity to issue loads of stock options to themselves. Management are the only ones making money here

The smart money has accumulated at least 94% of the stock so far, and chart activity appears to be "designed" to shake out the public's remaining holdings. Is it ready to fly yet? I don't think so, because the institutions may "test" the support in the low $6 range a few more times before sending this one north. Once this happens, there will be no further (external) reason to keep this stock down.

This is just too good a company to pass up when it's trading in this range. It has lots of cash on hand - customers that are leaders in the communications industry - and future growth in the VoIP marketplace. I hope once again I'm getting in at the bottom for a long ride forward.

The forward-looking story here is VOIP. Ditech has a box that is capable of fixing, virtually in real-time, the voice-quality issues that are the root-cause of slow VOIP adoption by enterprises. Have an enviable cash position and beyond-the-curve, engineering, plus cred with top-tier carriers. It is only a matter of time before they figure out how to get this technology onto the networks of the pure VOIP players.
