My teenage girls love these clothes. This is a turn-around company that is currently priced for failure. Even moderate success going forward will produce a double from current prices.

I expect the retail segment to turn EBITDA positive in 2008. Right now, I think the market is offering the retail segment at a discount, making it a hidden bargain.

This stock is not nearly as expensive as it was several months ago. Earnings are growing at a very nice pace, the business is producing good cash flow, the balance sheet is healthy, and the company itself has plenty of room to expand. I think this company has a good future, and now that the stock is at a more reasonable valuation, I think it will outperform as a result.
