Getting pick ideas from wachovia and rothcapital, looks like davezzzz got the idea first. Same logic as my CACC pick...tapping into a previously ignored market. looks good.

My target for Dollar Financial is 22.52. I used my new method for determining a fair P/E (based on G and K). The growth factor was extracted from the PEG found on the web. K was 10%. I hope it works!
