Contrarian investors should buy this one or at least consider this one. DLLR is not in a spot-light industry. The spot lights are on social networking companies these days, therefore there are a lot of Wall street neglected companies with great fundamentals, improving economic of scales and clean balance sheets. I believe that DLLR is one of them.

Low PEG, better value than its competitors. Shrinking home prices may force more people to get these high-interest loans. Unfortunate that these companies exist, but good value to shareholder here.
