This company has really been growing revenue well, but I suspect that 'technology-related real estate' is a limited market, and the fundamentals are horrible and its at a 52 week high.

Overvalued on fall fundamentals: P/E, PEG, P/S, Cash Flow, Debt, etc. and doesn't appear to be prepared to weather the recession.

Hope springs eternal and gives us this ridiculous price on a stock which:

- is PEG'd near 32 (P/E is in the 400s)
- has lower margins (Gross, Op, Net) than the Real estate Ops industry
- Saw Revenue grow by less than 30% most recent quarter while earnings cratered
- Has on ROE, ROA, ROI closest to bet .8 and 1.14 %
- Covers interest 1.37 times

Are they on the cusp of setting up a monopoly on keeping boxes (data center hardware) cool? Unless they are, you need to borrow as many shares as you can and sell them.

Will be justified. Too overvalued. Too optimistic

DLR focuses primarily on data centers and the real estate holdings associated with them. We saw a migration from corporate run data centers to outsourced co-location facilities due to Sarbanes Oxley. Given the new server technologies where cooling becomes an ever increasing challenge and the associated power costs with maintaing the needed cooling systems and the smaller and faster servers, outsourcing will make more sense to more and more companies.

Although not entirely outperforming the sector it is still a steady bread winner. For those serious check out the financials on this company. sell at $50?

Tech REIT = Big money in the forseeable future. Lots of debt, though.
