Supply for datacenters is stagnant relative to rapid growth of demand. DLR is managing its opportunities of acquisition well and its diverse portfolio and tenants should allow for continued profitability.

DLR has an illiquid balance sheet and a too high valuation compared to its sales potential.

This company has really been growing revenue well, but I suspect that 'technology-related real estate' is a limited market, and the fundamentals are horrible and its at a 52 week high.

Hope springs eternal and gives us this ridiculous price on a stock which:

- is PEG'd near 32 (P/E is in the 400s)
- has lower margins (Gross, Op, Net) than the Real estate Ops industry
- Saw Revenue grow by less than 30% most recent quarter while earnings cratered
- Has on ROE, ROA, ROI closest to bet .8 and 1.14 %
- Covers interest 1.37 times

Are they on the cusp of setting up a monopoly on keeping boxes (data center hardware) cool? Unless they are, you need to borrow as many shares as you can and sell them.
