9/25/08, 4:30 PM Good company, strong growth. But fairly valued.
Recs
The company's numbers do not show a company that can beat the market. Maybe they'll have another run, but the steam isn't there. They're costs are soaring with their sales and it looks like they don't have much breathing room. Add in bad cashflow and strong competition, you have a sure failure in the making. Will the company make a profit? Yes. Will it beat the market? Not consistantly. Not overall.
Recs
This company is being poorly managed, terribly overspending on a branded entry trying to compete with one of the best marketing companies in the world (Nabisco). In addition, its growers are leaving the company in droves. This stock is a bow-wow.
Recs
Their balance sheet is just not strong enough. Much of this is because the business is very cyclical. During the late winter and summer months, they do not sell nearly as many products as they do during the holiday times.
