Upthumb. Nominal cash flow. Low payout ratio. Good quick ratio. Low to nominal debt ratio. Low gross margins. Continues to execute well. Plenty of growth opportunities.

They have a compelling product during a depression era when people are looking to enjoy food at home, eat right. Diamond's Emerald brand is meeting consumers' goals of a good value.

This company has a PEG ratio well below one, and has a margin structure that is blow the average for CPG companies. It is a high growth, small cap food company with strong brands and a good balance sheet...lot's of upside, and appears to have little downside.

Along with supplying all ranges of the consumer nut market, from bulk sales at Costco and Wal-Mart to single-serving canisters and bags, Diamond Foods Is a Savvy Investment in a slowing economy, as staple foods and home consumption increase. Also well positioned with major distributors.

Company is performing very well in a somewhat safe consumer space. Keeps reporting great quarters; gets rewarded with a 20% one day drop? This is a guarenteed winner. Get some of this. Or you're nuts!

The market seems to think the company is worth 25% less than it was before the "record" quarter, simply because of cautious guidance going forward and a one week delay in the walnut harvest? Doesn't seem to make sense to me, I'm long at $23.50

Dimond foods is going more than just nuts for profit. When people think of diamond foods, they think of the different assortment of nuts that one would find in the grocery store that are used for baking. Now with its product of emerald nuts diamond is getting more on the snack side of nuts. With catchy advertising and slogans the company is in the midst of rolling out several new products with dried fruit with healthy nut assortments. Since the stock has a very small marketcap, a hit with emerald nuts and its recent aquisitions of another healthy snack company, diamond nuts could make a lot of money in the future, i say this because i have been to many stores and have not seen these nuts which means that there is a lot of potential sales to be seen. So lets get a little nutty and look into DMND i would say it is going to 17.50 in the next month
