WIth 7mln shares outstanding, no debt, 43 million in cash and operating at a slight profit, this stock is set to move higher. A few catalyst that appear to be approaching. 1) Settlement with Arbitron which could be worth 10 - 15mln year on an annual basis or 1.30 to 2.00 per share in EPS. - Former Nielsen CEO who signed the DMRC deal recently joined ARB.
2) The NIELSON JV should start generating revenues this year. This business alone could be worth several times that current market cap when it ramps.
3) It has taken a long time for their patents to be relevant, but with downloads continuing to increase and media becoming more digital by the day - the time is now. Think we see 40.00 by year end and limited downside from these levels. I am long the stock.
