+ Watch DNN
on My Watchlist
The Company is engaged in uranium exploration, development, mining and milling.
Uranium price surge or buyout of DNN
Uranium is staged for a turnaround in pricing and could easily double in the next few years. This puts DNN in a position to reap benefits of existing and future production, and possibly as a takeover target.
Japan will have to start its reactors again sooner or later. Other countries like Germany are alternative fuel sources are at best a supplement to national energy demands, and will have to go back to relying on traditional sources like Nuclear for at least the medium term
Uranium mining's on the outs right now; trend should continue for the foreseeable future.
Uranium stock will go
In good position to supply U for energy sector when certain U contracts expire at the end of 2013. As much as I like wind and solar and energy efficiency, Nuclear will continue to require a supply of mined U for a very long time.
Dennison is poised for a rebound as demand for uranium is projected to exceed the available supply.
TDA - SMA Crossover (Bearish)
Price of uranium will rise.
If necleur power is on the rise the company could explode
Thought I had already rated. Huge uranium fan and these guys seem to have strong management who have weathered the crushing since Fukushima well.
In it for the long term. Spot prices for uranium are at 2 year lows so this is a good entry point... With the megatons to megawatts program ending soon, India/China planning dozens of reactors, and Japan bringing back their reactors online this seems to be a no brainer for me
Recent events since April 2012 have convinced me that DNN is prettying up itself for a takeover.
The world's supply of uranium is way behind the upcoming demand from many new power plants in China and India, even just the needs of current plants.
streamlining, selling off dead weight cutting production costs
CHina and India are growing their nuclear power at an astonishing rate! uranium prices have been beaten down by the nuclear melt down in japan. I believe 2012 is the start of a run up on uranium prices! I am long on all uranium mining stocks.
Same opinion on this as I have on most of the uranium companies. This has been beat down too much for no reason. The fear over nuclear power will die down and many countries will be re-interested in it. Today's reactors are nowhere near as dangerous as the 40 year old reactors at Fukishima were. Definitely time for a price readjustment here.
Irrational devaluation based on one event.
With the recent tsunamis and fear about nuclear technologies this stock has seen a fearful and unjustified devaluation. I expect this stock to move higher in the next year or two as the world continues to grow and power demands rise. With this rise and the in-ability to mas produce electricity with "green" techonolgy, nuclear energy is not going away anytime soon.
