My process, for those interested:
I use www.random.org number generator to produce a number between 1 and 7,801. There are 7,801 stocks available to choose on the Motley Fool CAPS Game. Once I get a number, I go to the list, find that stock, and select that stock to outperform for the next five years.

Leaner, meaner company now without its Asian fresh food and global packaged goods businesses. $1.6 billion from the sale will go a long ways towards paying down their debt.

Price/Book right around 1 leaves this one undervalued in my mind as they look to get back to their roots. Look to be an appealing acquisition target now with their debt under control. I'm willing to roll the dice on this one until they are valued a little more fairly.

Too much debt with impact in the CF, I prefer other companies in the industry or industry related like SJM or SYY

Dole is a food company still spreading in the u.s people need food and this company provides it.

People are becoming more health conscious, and this company sells fruits and vegetables, the two healthiest things people can eat

CEO is a high school dropout, if that isn't living the American Dream, I'm not sure what is.

Good entry point, should have long term growth, current valuation is about 3-4x times cheaper than peers.
