The ratio of oil to Nat gas is at all time highs. Either oil comes back down (which i don't think it will) or nat gas prices go back up. I love the whole nat gas sector as a whole right now

I believe its underlying royalties will continue to be a boone to this trust as well as its quaterly dividend performance. I think it is a great bargain now that it is well under the $20 mark.

Long term dividend pick on the commodities market.

But it's rather risky because of the dividend payout (currently 100% of earnings)

IMO the next few months are last chance at $48 to 53 oil and cheap NG stocks.

I think $64-70 oil is the new norm and higher NG as well. in the not distant future

high dividend yield will be the main reason to take this stock price up in the next year, besides oil and gas prices might still in high ranges nect year

It was hit hard (52 YR low-high - 28 - 50)and has a hugh dividend. If we have a warm winter (HA!), it maydecline before it gets HOT!!
