Now a standalone company, also making 7up, the long established drink manufacturer will surely rake in profits. Their new advertising campaign pushing the 23 flavors has caused a boost in sales and with the heat of summer upon us, drink sales should go up industry wide.

Dr Pepper Snapple holds a unique portfolio of strong brands with leadership positions in various beverage markets. In addition, the company has the benefit of experienced management. Based on the historical and pro forma information in the registration statement filed with the SEC, DPS is attractively valued by most standard financial metrics, so the stock has room to grow based on both performance and the elimination of the current discount placed on the stock.
