This stock has lost 1/3 of it's value in the past 3 months. This is largely due to gas prices in the rocky mountain region plumeting to about $1 per Mcf. In Jan 08 a 42" pipeline will open to Misourri where the current price is more than $5. This plus increased winter ng demand will cause DPTR to go up.

The company is completing work on new infrastructure to be able to offer cheaper gas to a wider market, plus as winter comes in any increase in gas prices will likely have a much larger impact on DPTR
