Any gold production is 3 years out, the company is underfunded, issuing stock to finance early stage development.

I agree with Jim Rogers that gold will not double or triple in this recession as it did in 70's. In 1970 private ownership of gold in US had been illegal for 35 years resulting in a lack of mining infrastructure worldwide. There is not now a similar lack of gold production capability.
