"luxury" hotels than aren't really that luxurious probably won't do well in the coming recession. It's a real estate play in disguise, too, since they farm out (and are charged handsomely for) the management of their properties. 17 employees, total, waiting for their "distressed price purchases" to go up in value. The next year or two should be grim.
