The large drop in the price of Digital River, last week, made this company's stock very attractive. In a short time, Microsoft and Symantec business will be back at forecasted levels and new business is constantly coming through the door.

Technical short on Technology. This IT company had their first YOY revenue decline in years. Think the sector is in for some more hard times (like, who doesn't know this).
PEG is 1.7 and Enterprise value is 8.4 times EBITDA.

Really expensive considering the models available for distribution at this point. I would short this down to 35 and cover. With a forward PE of 21+ I think it could take a 15-20% cut very easily in current market conditions. Look at Insider selling and really get the idea that keeping this stock is not something the executives like to do. Kind of like hot potato with options. Get and dispose regardless of price. Not much faith is the company you run. And Bittorrent distribution models might change the distribution model altogether. Look at what MS and others are doing with server farms in terms of location and IP. They have figured out the QOS download can be done for less money directly. The movie business may provide long term growth but this is more than 15 months out. Short to 35 long at 34 on double bottom.
