Nice percentage price rise on 7/30/09 with the rest of the market. Time to take some profits, since I suspect the next big price move is down. This company may even fail in 2010 if their costs continue to go up and their revenue shrinks too much.

DRL is a zombie stock. Do you want proof? Do a chart comparison between DRL and the S&P 500 index for the past one through five years. In none of those charts does the DRL chart cross above of the S&P 500 chart.
Now look at the DRL's latest 10Q report. In it you'll find a lot of (about 40) references to "OTTI" which means "other-than-temporary-impairment". That's banker-speak for "they owe us money but are unable to pay us back". You'll also find the following text in this report...

Higher default and loss assumptions driven by higher delinquencies in Puerto Rico, primarily due to the impact of inflationary pressures on the consumer, the high rate of unemployment and general recessionary condition on the Island, has resulted in higher default and loss estimates on these bonds. The higher default and loss estimates have resulted in lower bond prices and higher levels of unrealized losses on the bonds. These changes have caused the securitization’s cash flow waterfall to accelerate repayment of senior issues of certain securitizations.

Does is it look like DRL is ready to outpace the S&P 500 index?
