I like the "pit bull" attitude! Go get the ones who helped themselves to your patents! As one who had my patent, trademark and copyrights stolen by major corporations and was left with nothing, and no recourse because I was not a large corporation, I was only an individual who could not afford to take them on at $200 per hour for the lawyers. I say to DSS, good luck, go after the thieves, maybe my investment in your company will reward me as compensation for my enormous loss on all my originals, "The Gingerbread Children". Hope you win!

This very unique product offering requires time to gain acceptance an usage. The product line is sufficiently ahead of the curve for the next few years. The long term is to difficult to quantify in lieu of future potential competitors. Will likely attain profitability and maintain its competitive advantages due to the technical expertise acquires.

Very rich P/S ratio for a stock that is showing decelerating quarter to quarter earnings as of Aug 14 report.

and growing significantlly.

AND they could have a huge

settlement with the E.U.

over patent infringement which case they won in Germany and have other pending cases.

I almost feel quilty for ripping-off TMFBent on this one since his score for DMC is red right now. ALMOST I said. Call it newcomers luck finding the chart at this point. Thanks Bent!

PS: The more of these I see, the more I hear Prince signing in my head something about 'Party like it's 1999'...looks to me like the Central Bankers do indeed still have more work to do getting this funny money out of the markets. We're a Casino society now.

Going with the flow here on Short Ratio. Didn't do much research on this pick so don't assume anything other than I'm counting on others to do my thinking for me on this one. The -45.6 and -24.5 for ROE and ROA doesn't paint a pretty picture for the near term. I hope they prove me wrong!
