Because it is a great company. Yahoo has all of the stats. No debt etc.

Like Cramer says, it's a winner.

EV/EBITDA just north of 11. No debt. PEG of .92 with 15% insider ownership. Good play on continued high oil and gas prices without direct exposure to price fluctuations. So long as demand and prices are relatively high, this company should continue to do well.

Thanks to China and India (and possibly "peak oil"), crude prices are going nowhere but north - which means Dawson's oil exploration dat services will be in high demand for the next 5+ years. I'm holding this one until all the oil runs out.

Great earnings, low price, high oil prices

No debt will give big advantage in this fuzzy credit crunch period.

This business is only going to get better. Crew in Colorado are extremely busy. Recent drop in price makes it attractive, not quite as low as the dip I added to my actual position.

Damn!!! Forgot to pick it up when it was in the 20's and 30's. A big mistake. Oh by the way, we are talking about CAPS here.
Luckily, I did not make that mistake in my real portfolio ;-)
Awesome long term hold.
