Fixed Assets way undervalued. LS Power Partners selling depressed prices. Stock should appreciate when economy turns around and natural gas prices go up. No major debt maturing until 2015.

According to SEC filings, for the past few months LS Power has been non-stop selling all of their holdings of DYN stock and this has put tremendous downward pressure on the share price of DYN. LS Power has nearly sold all of its DYN shares (especially due to the recent 1 for 5 DYN backsplit) and once the selling stops DYN share price should rise (possibly dramatically). The current DYN share price/market value does not reflect the positive quarterly report they just had or the fact that there are now only about 100M outstanding shares of DYN but rather is reflective of the (almost over) non-stop selling of DYN stock by LS Power.
