I actually audited this company once. Ready for some insider knowledge? Sorry. It was 30 years ago and I barely remember it. I'm buying it now for different reasons.

Construction and development continue. The stock still only has a P/E of 11 and although the recent spike is very big I think the business model fits nicely into a niche that could grow over time.
