Deep value, very depressed - so with a long term perspective, and avoiding "accidents" (e.g. overeager Brazilian govt interference) this should do well

It's in South America. Things have been pretty quiet there. I figure they have a better chance than Europe or United States or Asia.

the Current Price is $13.02 and the marketcap is $11.78B, I'm very comfortable with that marketcap for $13.02 a share, and it is even paying dividend of 3.40% !!!. that is Good, they are generating cash flow. and they are in the right sector!. This is a great longterm investment
